3. Make the fiber winding reel in the splice box in a horizontal and face-up orientation, so that the fiber optic connectors and reserved optical fibers in the fiber winding reel are in a stable condition. In order to avoid the occurrence of defects as much as possible.

As for the cap-type joint box fixed on the pole overhead, it will not shake under the effect of wind. Since the cable outlet and sealing seam are all facing down, it is not easy for rainwater to enter the joint box; but the joint box is straight After installation, the fiber winding reel in the splice box is in a straight state, which will make the fiber optic connector and the reserved fiber simply deviate from the original position, thus being in an unstable state.
