Cable connector box lead-in part of the treatment

The commonly used cable connector box for direct buried laying, no matter what kind of structure, as long as it has the network access license, is equipped with the box for its application characteristics note. The operator should read the manual carefully before use, pay close attention to the parts with high probability of problems, especially the parts where the line and cable enter the joint box. The processing of this part should do the following work:

A. Must ensure that the line cable in this part of the wool thoroughly, in order to enhance the adhesion between the non vulcanized rubber belt and cable. In the project, the cable application of 8 sandpaper, the cable as the axis into a circular uniform wool, until the fiber optic cable sheathing luster completely disappeared, and then use cotton yarn will be on the outer sheathing residual sandpaper particles removed, after the non vulcanized rubber belt along the horizontal stretch, evenly wound in the cable. B. The unvulcanized rubber belt must be kept clean. Due to the limitations of the field geographical environment of some cable connection points and the negligence of the operator, the viscosity of the non-vulcanized rubber belt will be reduced if it is glued with impurities before use, resulting in the decrease of the moisture-proof ability of the joint box after packaging.

C. Must ensure the non - vulcanized rubber belt stretching, winding operation specification. In order to ensure that the non-vulcanized rubber belt can be packaged in the cable joint box and line cable as a whole, and there is no gap between the layer and its own layer, the operator should be evenly stretched when winding. If the tensile force is not enough, it is impossible to make it evenly wound, and there will be gaps after the joint box is packaged. If it is stretched too hard, it will break.
